Am I going to get ink poisoning from this?

I got a steak knife, the jagged ones and I started scratching at my skin with it to make outlines of a tattoo a band member has it says "High Five" on the palm of his hand. The scratches aren't deep, the top layer of skin on some parts of the scratches can fold over, it's really thin, like a piece of paper, so I turned over the tiny bit of skin and only the first layer was cut, not the second, so I was like okay, there wasn't any blood pouring out of the skin either, and when I folded over the top layer of skin there was no ink of the second layer of skin, so hopefully I'm okay. But I really don't wanna get ink poisoning because I'm only 14 and yes I'm stupid for doing this, but please tell me, am I going to get poisoned from this? I took the nib out of a pen and blobbed it over my hand.
