Bamboo tablet pen tip not working?

I've had my Wacom bamboo fun tablet for a while now and for some reason the tip of the pen isn't working. The eraser and buttons work fine but the the tip isn't working. I've changed the nib and it's still failing. Is it broken or is there something I can do to fix it?
