Anorexia recovery - Just failed, need help getting back on track?

I'v recovered from ana aswell awhile ago & I know its hard when you're stressed out but try maybe execising more(good stress reliever) or eating healthy rather then not eating. drink tea. try not to worry so much about others & give yourself more credit, you're worth getting better & being happy & that old boyfriend did not deserve you anyways. try joining a sport or "activity", ice skating, horseback riding etc...
