Why wont my Hanvon graphics tablet pen move the mouse cursor?

Same with my wacom tablet. I am so pissed off. Its as if the 'mouse button' is constantly clicked in, so i drag and select everything constantly, its useless. I think its my pen thats wasted, but I live in South Africa, and to get a new pen is such a hassle I might as well get a new tablet, fkn sensitive bullshit!
